Overview
Teammates can update their Lister password directly within Lister. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it if an email address is associated with your Lister account. Otherwise, a supervisor or manager on your team will have to reset your password for you.
This guide outlines the various ways to update or reset your password.

To change your password in Lister, follow these steps:

Click the profile icon in the top right corner of Lister and select “Edit Account” from the dropdown menu

Enter your new password

Click “Save”
💡Operational Tip: You can change your name and username from this same menu!
If you have an email address associated with your Lister account, follow the steps below to reset your forgotten password.
💡Operational Tip: Check your spam filter if you don't see the password reset email!

Click the “Forgot your password or username?” link on the sign-in page to Lister

Enter your username or the email address associated with your Lister account and click the blue “Send password reset email” button

Follow the link in the email from Upright Labs to reset your password
Admins and custom roles with access to manage teammates and roles can reset user passwords by following the steps below:

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of Lister to navigate to the admin settings page

Click “Teammates” in the left column

Click “Edit” next to the name of the user

Enter a new password

Click the blue “Update teammate” button at the bottom of the page
