How to Install and Register Neatoscan
Step-by-Step Guide to Download, Install, Register, and Log In to Neatoscan on Your PC

Overview
This article explains how to download, install, and register Neatoscan on your PC. If IT security restrictions prevent the installation, contact your IT department.
Compatibility
Neatoscan is compatible with any Windows PC running a full version of Windows 8 and up. For detailed hardware recommendations, refer to the hardware recommendations article.
Downloading and Installing Neatoscan

Open your browser and go to inv.neatoscan.com.

Click the Install button to download the setup file.

In your files, locate and open the setup file.

Once opened, a Windows certificate warning will appear. Click More info on the warning.

Click Run anyway to continue with the installation. This will prompt the application install window to appear.

In the application install window, click Install.

After the installation is complete, the window will close automatically and Neatoscan will open shortly.
Registering Neatoscan
Once Neatoscan has been installed, you can now register your device to your account, then log in. To do this, follow the steps below.

Click Register near the bottom of the application.

Enter the main account username and password (not your personal username and password). If you do not have the admin credentials, please reach out to your supervisor or manager.

Leave the Client Username field blank, and leave the device name as-is.

Click Register just below the information you entered. The registration process will take between 30 seconds and a couple of minutes. Keep an eye out for any messages explaining the credentials are incorrect or there aren’t enough licenses.
Logging into Neatoscan
Once your device is registered, you will be able to log in. To log in, follow the steps below.
