How to Refund a Shipping Label

Refunding an unused shipping label is quick and easy

Overview

All shipping is purchased through Lister's integration with EasyPost. Sometimes shipping is purchased unnecessarily or accidentally. When this happens, don't panic! The process of refunding shipping labels is fast and simple.

  1. Go to the Orders page

  2. Locate the order the shipping label was purchased for

  3. Scroll down to the "Shipments" section

  4. Click the "Refund" button next to the appropriate shipment

  5. If the "Refund" button is not clickable, the label can not be refunded

All refunds are processed by EasyPost and are reflected in your EasyPost account balance and statement. All questions related to EasyPost billing and balance should be directed to the EasyPost customer support team here.
