How to Use Express List in Lister

1. Click the Express List button from the Products page or from the Products dropdown on the top menu bar:

   
   

2. Scan or enter the product SKU of your draft product

   

3. Basic information from the draft product and pictures previously taken in Link will automatically import

Step 2: Select Category and Listing Strategy

1. Begin by selecting a category in the left column:

   

2. After the category is selected, choose a listing strategy

   

Step 3: Add Product Attributes

If using builder templates, the middle column of Express List shows all inputs from your template. Required inputs are marked with an exclamation point next to the input.

1. Fill out the Product Attributes as needed

2. Optional: Click “View Description” to see how the listing description will appear to your buyers

   

3. After filling out the Product attributes, click the “Generate SEO title” button to create a listing title, based off the rules within the builder template

   

4. Optional: If using a calculated shipping Listing Strategy, add the Item Weight and shipping dimensions.

   Note: If a builder template has these fields mapped, they will appear in the “Product Attributes” section. Otherwise, they will show in the “Weight and Measurements” section

   

Step 4: Review Listing, Save and List!

1. Review and edit images in the top right column as needed

   

2. Optional: Add internal product tags and internal notes as needed

3. Optional: Click the information bar on the right side of the screen to view additional details on the listing. You can select a different listing strategy from this menu or review shipping information. Click anywhere on the screen to close this menu

   

4. Click Save and List at the top of the page. A progress bar and timer show how long it has taken to add your listing details!
