How to Prepare for Amazon Discontinuation in Neatoscan

In anticipation of the Amazon marketplace becoming inoperable on the Neatoscan platform, we recommend taking the following actions to ensure uninterrupted selling operations.

We recommend taking the steps below to prepare for the Amazon update:

  1. Bulk Close Overlapping Inventory
    Identify inventory listed on both Amazon and other marketplaces. Then, choose one of the following options:
    • Option 1: Close inventory on all other marketplaces, keeping it active on Amazon.
    • Option 2: Close inventory on Amazon, keeping it active on other marketplaces.
  2. Disable the Amazon Marketplace in Neatoscan
    • In Neatoscan, go to Settings > Marketplaces and uncheck the Enabled box next to Amazon.
  3. Fulfill Amazon Orders Directly in Seller Central If applicable.
    • Use Amazon Seller Central to process and ship orders directly.
  4. Continue Listing via Neatoscan
    • Use Neatoscan to list new inventory to all remaining active marketplaces.

Note: Once Neatoscan loses access to Amazon and/or when the marketplace is disabled, Neatoscan can no longer close inventory on Amazon via feeds. 

How can I disable the Amazon Marketplace in Neatoscan?

In Neatoscan, navigate to Settings > Marketplaces, then uncheck the Enabled Marketplace box under “Amazon US”. 

 

How can I fulfill items directly from Amazon?

Visit the Amazon Seller Central Help Center and search for “Buy Shipping through Seller Central” for instructions.
