Q: DO I NEED TO USE THE PAPER GUM TAPE & DISPENSER?

A: Yes.

Here is a link to the Uline gum tape dispenser that is typically used. This keeps all of our boxes uniform across our fulfillment partners, and fits with our model of sustainability. All of our partners love the gum tape dispensers, and we have seen a decrease in packing material costs after switching.


Q: WHEN DO WE SHIP OUR BOXES?

A: By the end of the day on Tuesdays

Our policy is to ship boxes within 2 business days of purchase. Since our restocks are currently on Fridays, we typically want all of our boxes shipped out by the end of the day on Tuesday.


Q: WHO HANDLES CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURNS?

A: Gulfstream Goodwill Customer Success Team.

Q: DOES BLUEBOX GIVE CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS?

A: Yes.

Bluebox routinely sends out discount codes to increase conversion and incentivize new customer purchases. These discount codes help us reach new customers to make sure that your boxes keep selling quickly.


Q: HOW SHOULD I NOTIFY BLUEBOX OF MY INVENTORY EACH WEEK?

A: Use the form provided during Bluebox account set up to share your available inventory.
