Custom roles are a great option for teams who may have multi-functional roles that don’t fit into the default roles available. For instance, new listing members may need to have their items individually reviewed before they are posters to an online marketplace, whereas other listing team members' items can go live immediately. In this case, creating a custom poster role with the “training mode” option activated will allow a supervisor to review their listings before they are published.
